The ultimate Tufas birthday party experience

Sleepover Saturday is the ultimate Tufas birthday experience. Our trained staff will set up tents on our padded mats in the gym and your party will get to stay overnight in a climbing gym! Sleepover Saturday includes:

• Guided instruction
• Free shoe & chalk rentals
• Designated party section
• Board games
• Ping-Pong table
• Video game lounge
• Laser tag
• Movie night

Once your group arrives, our staff will help fit participants for shoes, discuss safety information, and instruct the climbers. Our trained staff provide full supervision and are equipped with climbing knowledge and games to help participants learn climbing fundamentals and have fun.

Parents are requested to bring any additional necessary party supplies and decorations. We also ask that all participants have completed our prior to the start of the party.

Climb with the gym to yourself & your party!

At our exclusive after hours birthday party participants have the entire gym to themselves! We can play music of your choice, and all walls and areas will be clear for your group.

Weekdays (MWF): 10am-12pm | Weekends (SaSu): 8pm-10pm
$450 for 10 climbers | $20 for each additional climber

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All parties and groups include:
• rental shoes and chalk
• ample space to host your group's decorations, belongings, food, beverage, limited refrigerator and freezer space (Please ask about alcohol policies)
• introductory 15 minute Bouldering Orientation administered by TUFAS staff covering the risks of bouldering, how to mitigate them and detailed instruction on proper falling technique.
• two hours of continual support, instruction and of course... good times!
• Standard maximum number of active participants (does not include spectators, like guardians or chaperones):

• Pricing varies depending on group size, and comes in blocks of 1-5, 6-10, 11-15 or 16-20.
• We suggest no children under 8yrs old to help guarantee the best experience possible at TUFAS. Children 13 and under must be directly supervised by attentive chaperones at a 1:5 ratio. But if you book a group with us, we've got the supervision covered
• A signed waiver is required for anyone entering the facility, even adults, younger children, or babies who are purely spectating. Participants 17 and under must have their waiver completed by a legal guardian.
